  • How long is my repair going to take?
    We usually mail phones back within 24 hours of receipt. If a part needs to be ordered, you will be notified of the return time.
  • Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
    Yes, if a damaged phone is received and you elect not to do the repair, there is a small diagnostic fee charged.
  • Do you do a water damage diagnosis?
    Yes, we do a water damage diagnosis on all phones received.
  • Do you offer a warranty?
    Yes, we do offer a warranty; which varies depending upon device repaired.
  • How do I determine the cost to fix the phone?
    On our sevices and pricing page, select your phone model and damage and you will be given the cost for the repair.
  • How do I get the phone to you?
    After you have selected the desired repair, you will check out and we will email you detailed instructions for shipping.
  • Who pays for return shipping?
    We do!
  • Should I back up my phone before shipping to you?
    Yes, whenever possible, back up your phone's data.
  • What are your hours?
    We are open Mon - Sat 10:00 am to 7:00pm, but we are working on your devices 24/7 to better serve you.
